Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated. This policy describes how this site and Brian Hunt’s associated lead systems handle information you submit here. It does not speak for Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a national franchisor, or for every KW office.
Scope
This policy covers information collected through justdealwithme.com/, including contact forms, home-value forms, and search / saved-search tools embedded from RealScout. It does not cover other websites you visit from our links (county property appraisers, FEMA, school locators, MLS public sites, etc.).
Information we collect
You provide
- Name, email address, phone number, and message content
- Property address (home-value requests and some search activity)
- Buy/sell notes you type into a form
- Consent records (checkbox, timestamp, IP if the form tool stores it)
Collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP
- Cookies and similar identifiers used for site function, analytics, and (if enabled) advertising

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank passwords, or wire instructions through this website. Never send wire instructions by email. Confirm any closing-fund transfer by phone using a number you already know.

- To send listing alerts, home-value follow-up, and transaction-related messages you requested
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To comply with Florida real estate record-keeping, advertising, and legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not publish your form submission as a testimonial.
Text / call consent (TCPA)
Forms on this site include a consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of buying or selling a home. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, and of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by emailing brianhunt@justdealwithme.com. Transactional messages about an active request may still be necessary.
Sharing
We share information with:
- The brokerage (Keller Williams Jacksonville Realty / BIG BEND REALTY JACKSONVILLE INC) as required for supervision, files, and compliance
- Vendors who process data for us under contract (RealScout, Follow Up Boss, website host, SMS/email tools)
- Other parties to a real estate transaction when you hire us (other agents, title, lender, inspector) — as needed to do the work you asked for
- Legal / safety — if required by law, MLS rules, or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell lists of site visitors to random third-party marketers. RealScout and similar tools have their own privacy policies when you create an account with them.

Retention
We keep inquiry and transaction-related records as long as needed for the relationship, Florida real estate record retention, tax, and legal hold.
Florida and other U.S. privacy notes
Florida does not currently operate a California-style consumer privacy act for all websites. If you are a resident of a state that grants specific privacy rights (for example, California), you may have rights to know, delete, or correct certain personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those laws define those words.
