What that means here
- I will not refuse to work with you, steer you, or quote different terms because of a protected characteristic.
- I will not agree to a seller’s or landlord’s unlawful instruction.
- Neighborhood pages on this site describe geography, housing types, schools as district assignment, commute, and public amenities. They are not coded language for “who lives there.”
- School comments are general. Assignment is by address. Rankings are not used to imply who should live where.
- If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you can contact HUD or the Florida Commission on Human Relations (see below). You can also tell me, and I will not ask you to ignore the law.
